What is the process?
1. Order the piece you would like handmade for you. You will immediately receive proof of your order with a receipt via email.
2. I receive notification of your purchase & send the welcome pack out in the post to you. This contains an order form with instructions, a branded envelope, some small plastic bags for your inclusions, a small collection spoon & a ring sizer if required.
3. As soon as you have your pack & you are ready, we will make an appointment for you to come & meet me with your completed form & inclusions.
You don’t need to send anything in the post!
You can literally put everything directly in my hands so you know your loved one is safe & will be looked after as if one of my own. We will then spend some time talking about what you are really hoping for with your keepsake, until you feel completely reassured you have made the right choice.
4. I order the required materials to complete your bespoke piece (all pieces are made to order).
5. I’ll stay in contact throughout the entire process, so you know rough timescales & it also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
6. I will then get on with making your jewellery as soon as I have all the materials, which at most, should take three to four weeks to arrive. I then usually allow for an extra week while I craft your piece.
It is usually a great deal quicker but can take this long for some materials.
I also have some options that can literally be made within one week from receiving the inclusions.
7. Once your piece is ready, I will package it up with your certificate of authenticity & care instructions. Then I’ll be in contact to make that final appointment for you to come and collect your priceless, one-of-a-kind keepsake.
