My Vision
Why am I different?
Because I’ve been there. After experiencing loss myself, I discovered that memorial jewellery was priced beyond my reach — unless I settled for a DIY kit, which wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted craftsmanship, care, and respect.
Seeing how grieving, vulnerable people were being priced out or exploited didn’t sit right with me. I learned that the same high-quality materials could be used without the inflated costs.
So I chose ethics before profit — and I still do.

I provide a completely transparent service where I handcraft your chosen piece with genuine care & attentiveness. It is me & me alone that deals with every aspect of creating your piece from ordering & designing, to packing the finished piece & sending it out. If you are local to me, you can even come & pick the finished piece up personally if you'd prefer. Either way, you can be 100% sure your loved one is safe, treated with the utmost care & respect & only passing through my hands. I also keep you updated throughout the entire process. You have entrusted me with something priceless & I don’t forget that.

In addition to this, I have made sure all my pieces are accessible to everyone, not just those that may be a little more fortunate financially. Everyone! There are buy now, pay later options, spread the cost options & all major cards & PayPal is accepted. All materials are the exact same high quality & your chosen piece is still 100% handcrafted. I don't charge extra for embellishments like diamond dust, opal or gold leaf & when it comes to colour, well that is entirely up to the client. I am more than happy to colour match as closely as I can, always ensuring the client is happy before proceeding. After all, everyone's loved one was completely unique so the memorial should be too & that is what I take pride in creating.

Some images on this website have used AI-generated 'resin' to show how a jewellery design may look when finished. The actual shape & design of the jewellery has not been altered at all. These images are used purely for illustration, to help you visualise the design before it is made. Using AI mock-ups allows me to keep costs down by avoiding the need to create physical sample pieces, helping keep my jewellery as affordable as possible.
What is the process?

Order the piece you would like handmade for you. You will immediately receive proof of your order with a receipt via email.

I receive notification of your purchase & send the welcome pack out in the post to you. This contains an order form with instructions, a tracked, prepaid, addressed Jiffy envelope, some small plastic bags & either an ashes spoon, stamping pad (for paw prints etc) if required & a ring sizer if required.

You return the completed form to me with the small amount of ashes, hair or pad in the prepaid, tracked envelope. (However, if you really don’t like the idea of things going in the post, you can drop it off directly to me, just contact me to arrange). Engraving images can often just be emailed.

I order the required materials to complete your bespoke piece (all pieces are made to order).

I’ll let you know as soon as I receive your pack, so you can relax, knowing your loved one arrived safely. Again, if you really don’t like the idea of things going in the post, you can drop it off directly to me, just contact me to arrange.

I will then get on with making your jewellery as soon as I have all the materials, which at most, should take three to four weeks to arrive, then an extra week while I craft your piece. It is usually a great deal quicker but can take this long for some materials.

Once your piece is ready, I will package it up with your certificate of authenticity, care instructions & have it ready to either go tracked to its new address or if you’re local, you’re welcome to make an appointment to come and collect.
It’s as simple as that!
You will only ever deal with me so you can rest assured your loved one stays safe at all times & you are welcome to contact me at any stage should you have any questions.

If you have electronic copies of images, handwriting, or other designs you’d like used, please place your order first, then email your images to info@heavenskeepsakes.co.uk
Be sure to include your name and order number in the subject line, along with any notes you’d like me to see. If you don’t have electronic copies, that’s absolutely fine — I’ll be in touch shortly to arrange the next steps.

Heart Pendants are 9x10mm
Rectangle Pendants are 13.5x6mm for Silver & Gold Filled, 25x10mm for Stainless Steel

If you know your ring size, please include it at the start of the ‘colour & effects’ section. If you’re not completely sure, there’s no need to worry or guess — a ring sizer is included in your free welcome pack to help ensure the perfect fit.

SOLID GOLD

While most of my collection is crafted in Sterling Silver, some designs are also available in solid gold. If this is something you’re considering, please just let me know and I’ll be happy to provide a no-obligation quote. As the price of gold changes daily, quoting individually allows me to offer you the fairest and most accurate price possible, rather than relying on a fixed, inflated cost.
