Why am I different?

Because I understand just how much trust this takes.

After experiencing huge loss myself, I realised how impersonal and inaccessible memorial jewellery could sometimes feel. I wanted something that felt more personal, transparent & above all, gave complete reassurance— and that ultimately became the foundation of Heavens Keepsakes.

Every memorial piece is created entirely by me, from start to finish. Your inclusions are never passed between departments, workshops or multiple people. From the moment they arrive with me, they remain in my personal care throughout the entire process.

As soon as you have placed your order, we will arrange a face to face meeting so you can literally hand me your inclusions personally. This also gives us the opportunity to sit down together, discuss your ideas, colours and hopes for your piece, ensuring everything feels exactly right before I begin creating it. Once completed, your memorial piece can also be collected from me in person, allowing the entire process to remain personal, private and completely within my care from beginning to end. If meeting isn't an option for you but you still want me to create your piece, I am more than happy to discuss our options.

I keep clients updated throughout the process, providing photographic evidence if required because I know reassurance matters. You are trusting me with something irreplaceable, and I never lose sight of that responsibility.

I also believe memorial jewellery should feel personal in every sense. I do not work from a fixed colour palette and I am always happy to colour match as closely as possible wherever I can, ensuring your piece feels unique to the person it represents. I also never charge extra for additions such as diamond dust, opal, gold leaf etc.

Most importantly, Heavens Keepsakes was built around care, honesty, accessibility and genuine respect — both for the loved ones being remembered and the people trusting me to create something meaningful in their memory. This isn't just a piece of jewellery, its an entire lifetime of love & memories to cherish.
