Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

• I aim to process and dispatch orders within 15 business days of receiving them to ensure curing of any resin products.

• During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. I ask that you give me a few extra days if this is the case as this will usually be down to shipping. 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs:

• I use Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour shipping.  If you require a different shipping service, please get in touch.

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order if necessary but most orders have free shipping

3. Shipping Destinations:

• I ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

• If you would like me to ship internationally, please get in touch & I will see if I can accommodate you. 

4. Tracking Information:

• You can request the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

• You can track your order using the tracking number on the Royal Mail website. 

5. Returns and Exchanges:

• Due to the nature of the products being personalised & unique, I am unable to offer refunds.

6. Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me immediately & I will work with you to resolve the issue.
