Heaven’s Keepsakes — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026

Welcome
Welcome to Heaven’s Keepsakes. These terms explain how orders work and what you can expect from me when you choose to have a piece of memorial jewellery or a keepsake personally created for you.

1. Your order
Every piece is individually made for you. Depending on the item, this may involve ashes, hair, fur or another sentimental inclusion supplied by you.
I personally handle your inclusions throughout the creation process. I do not outsource this work.
Because every piece is individually created, there may be small variations between the finished piece and photographs shown on the website. These are part of the nature of handmade jewellery and do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins.
This is because a personalised memorial piece containing your inclusions cannot be returned to stock or resold to another customer if an order is cancelled or payment is not completed.

3. Your inclusions
You provide the ashes, hair, fur or other sentimental inclusion that you would like incorporated into your jewellery.
Once your inclusions are received by me, they are kept securely and handled personally by me throughout the creation of your piece.
I take the utmost care when handling your inclusions and treat them with the respect and care they deserve.

4. Personalisation
You are responsible for checking that names, dates, wording, sizes and other personalisation supplied with your order are correct.
Where I need clarification before beginning work, I will contact you.

5. Colours and design
I do not work from a fixed colour palette. Where possible, colours and effects can be created around your ideas and preferences.
Because resin, inclusions and handmade processes can produce individual results, an exact colour match or identical reproduction cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Care of your jewellery
Care instructions will be provided with your completed jewellery.
By placing an order, you agree to follow the care instructions provided with your jewellery.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, attempted repairs or alterations, or normal wear and tear is not treated as a manufacturing fault.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Delivery
Orders sent by post are sent using Royal Mail Tracked.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you, that agreed timeframe will apply. Otherwise, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by law.
Once an order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's tracking information may be used to monitor its progress.

8. Collection and personal handover
Where an order is arranged for collection or personal handover, the agreed arrangements will be confirmed with you.

9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits your legal rights.
Your jewellery must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by UK consumer law.
If something goes wrong with your order, please contact me at info@heavenskeepsakes.co.uk so I can discuss the appropriate solution with you.
