Knowing you have to leave them is heart breaking
Watching my mother prepare herself to leave us when she had always been the glue that held our family together broke my heart. I knew she wasn't scared of dying but what did terrify her was knowing that soon, she wasn't going to be here to make sure everyone was OK & there was absolutely nothing she could do about it.
I would catch her sometimes, with that look on her face when she was watching one of the grandchildren & despite the kind smile on her face, I knew deep down she was in turmoil. Almost as if she felt guilty she wouldn't be able to help with things in the future.
After she passed & we were going through things, I opened up a wardrobe to find it heaving with Christmas presents, birthday presents, cards for every type of occasion & even Easter bonnet making supplies. Mum was determined to help us feel she was still with us

When your piece is finished, I will send it out via tracked delivery for you to give to your loved one when you feel the time is right. Alternatively, you can arrange for it to be delivered to them when you have passed as a wonderful message of comfort for them. The choice is entirely up to you & I am happy to work with whoever you appoint. As with all my pieces, I will help you through the whole process from start to finish & you will only ever have to deal with me so there can be no confusion or errors. After all, my goal is to help give you some peace of mind & I want you to find some peace in the whole process too.
